I was the first Fugitive Recovery Agent to ever track, locate, and apprehend a fugitive by using the fugitive’s email address in 1994 BEFORE Email Tracing was considered an investigative technique.
I was the first Investigator to utilize Internet Profiling to gather information on fugitives to enhance the ability to track and locate fugitives in 1994 BEFORE Email Tracing and Internet Profiling were being used openly by the private sector. I located one of the F.B.I.s wanted fugitives in less than one day (this fugitive had been wanted for over one (1) year).
I consulted to a Special Agent for the U.S. Secret Service on the loopback interface, and how it can be used to make an email appear to be anonymous.
I located a missing child for an out of state client in less than sixty (60) hours and recovered the child from the non-custodial parent in less than two (2) weeks.

I have a six (6) month old Doberman Pinscher named R Ts Xena Kazan or just Xena for short which is AKC Registered, and is show dog quality at the time of the writing of this resume. I enjoy playing the game of chess. I enjoy working with computers; I have a passion for it. I enjoy exploring the Internet.
