We offer a case management system that each client can log on to and check the progess of their case and we back up each serve with documented evidence of the serve that will stand up in court. We don't put a cap on service attempts and we work on serving your legal papers until the job is completed.
Below Is A Break-Down Of Our Process Service Fees
Local Service - Boone County: $75.00: This fee applies to all legal papers to be served in Boone County, MO. with a minimum 14 Day Return Time.
Adjacent Counties: Add $25.00 To Local Service Fee: This fee applies to all legal papers to be served in counties bordering Boone County, MO. with a minimum 14 Day Return Time.
Outside of Adjacent Counties Within The State of Missouri: $100.00 + Mileage: $.58/Mile: This fee applies to all legal papers to be served in counties outside of bordering Boone County, MO. but within the state of Missouri with a minimum 14 Day Return Time.
Expedited Service: $150.00 In Boone County and Adjacent Counties: This fee applies to all papers that have to be served within 5 days of when the client assigns us the job within Boone County, MO. and adjacent counties .
Expedited Service Outside of Adjacent Counties: Add Mileage: $.58/Mile: This fee applies to all papers that have to be served within 5 days of when the client assigns us the job outside of the counties adjacent to Boone County but within the state of Missouri.
